The work here was targeted towards a range of audiences and had varying aims, from raising market awareness of products and company updates to updating internal and external stakeholders of new updates within the company.

This blog highlights the significance of Wedding Insurance due to the changing nature of weddings and associated risks. It discusses how Acasta offers adaptable wedding insurance schemes that provide comprehensive cover for cancellations, photography issues, attire, and supplier failures, with options for extended cover: flexible, customer-centric solutions, efficient claims handling, and the ability to tailor policies to specific needs. The blog was aimed at agents and other insurers, but customer-friendly language was used throughout, as the company was thinking of going more B2C in the future. This insurance ensures financial security for couples against unforeseen events, and the blog emphasises Acasta’s commitment to innovative solutions.

Claims Blog:

The blog discusses the growth of Acasta's Claims Department, led by Gareth Crosbie. It emphasises the department's role in enhancing customer service by managing claims in-house, which allows for better product understanding and improvement, through coordinating with the Underwriting department. This post is designed to illustrates the department's commitment to efficiency and the value it brings to policyholders, showcasing Acasta's dedication to being customer-centric and fulfilling its promises, abiding by TCF guidelines.

The article introduces Acasta's new custom-built sales platform, which is designed to streamline the selling, administration, and management of insurance policies. It highlights the platform's ability to integrate with existing business systems through white labelling and API functionalities, ensuring a seamless brand experience and efficient data management. The blog was aimed at insurers and agents, and discusses the platform ability to support a range of customisable products and provide robust security measures. Acasta offers dedicated support for onboarding and ongoing system use, inviting businesses to discover the platform's benefits and enhance their distribution capabilities. The blog aimed to promote the platform to agents and other insurers.

This blog announces Nigel Cookson's new role as Head of Sales and Distribution.  Nigel is a reputable figure within the insurance industry, and the blog aimed to highlight his partnership with Acasta Europe to other insurers and agents. The blog expands on his aims for Acasta’s network and product range, leveraging his industry connections and social media presence. His strategy focuses on partnership growth and embracing new technologies.

Newsletter towards Insurance Agents: 
Our 1st Quarter

The blog provides an overview of Acasta's eventful first quarter, highlighting new product launches, team expansion, and significant industry events. It introduces a new cycle add-on insurance scheme, offering extensive cover, and key staff appointments in underwriting, claims, and a newly established Actuary department. The blog also covers Acasta's participation in the Guinness Six Nations and the Insurance Institute of Manchester’s 150-year Commemoration, reflecting its commitment to industry engagement and community support. The newsletter was aimed toward brokers and other insurers, and was written to illustrate Acasta's proactive approach in adapting to market changes and enhancing its service offerings, setting the stage for continued growth and innovation in the upcoming quarters.

Sharing our journey of 2023!

The blog highlights Acasta's achievements over the past year, focusing on the expansion of their team, systems, and product offerings. It emphasises the company's commitment to adapting products and services to meet evolving market conditions and customer needs. Key developments include launching a new Sales Platform to streamline operations, enhancing product flexibility, and forming new partnerships with innovative players in the insurance sector. The blog also introduces various new team members across departments, illustrating Acasta's growth and its strategic efforts to strengthen its market presence and service capabilities. The newsletter was a relatively new idea that I brought in, not only for agents but also for staff.
